Terms of Service

Teleskop.io ("we", "us", "our") provides a subscription-based service for professional online review responses for Swedish businesses. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Our service is billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partially used periods.

We commit to:

• Responding to all incoming reviews within 24 hours on business days
• Writing responses in Swedish that match your brand voice
• Managing reviews on the platforms we've agreed upon
• Delivering monthly reports on your review management

Each subscription applies to one (1) business address. If you have multiple locations or branches, a separate subscription is required for each address.

You are responsible for:

• Providing necessary access to your review platforms
• Informing us of changes to brand voice or guidelines
• Reviewing and approving responses if you've chosen that workflow
• Paying invoices on time

We are not liable for damages arising from how third parties (e.g., Google, Trustpilot) handle or display reviews and responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the past 12 months.

The responses we write on your behalf belong to you. You grant us the right to use anonymized examples for marketing purposes.

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
