Teleskop.io is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection legislation.

We collect the following data:

• Contact details: Name, email address, company name
• Payment information: Handled by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Platform access: You grant us access by adding us to your Google Workspace — we never store your login credentials
• Website usage: Anonymized visitor statistics via Google Analytics
• Communication: Email conversations and booked meetings

We use your data to:

• Deliver our service and respond to reviews on your behalf
• Manage your subscription and payments
• Communicate with you about the service
• Improve our website and service
• Comply with legal obligations

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing (USA, Privacy Shield certified)
• Google Analytics: Website analytics (anonymized IP)
• Cal.com: Meeting scheduling
• Vercel: Web hosting (EU region)

All vendors are bound by data processing agreements and handle data according to GDPR standards.

We retain your data for as long as you are a customer, plus the time required for accounting purposes (7 years under Swedish law). After your subscription ends, we ask you to remove our access from your Google Workspace.

We protect your data with encrypted data transfer (HTTPS), secure storage, and limited access. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by us.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. The current version is always available on this page.
